We are Privacy fanatics, so this is our favourite page! You can be assured that we will always respect your privacy and only engage with you at your request. If we ever send you information newsletters or legislation updates – there will always be a clear option to unsubscribe.

As a business-to-business consultancy, we expect only to access basic contact details for you and your associated colleagues, that you provide to us. We will always encourage you to work with us under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which sits alongside our mutual contract. Where possible we will ask that you do not share any unnecessary personal or sensitive information with us, unless it is relevant to our project

To ensure we provide you with an efficient services, we engage with the following specialist suppliers and applications. We carry out our own due diligence and ensure, where possible, your information is hosted within the EU. All systems are protected by multi-factor authentication.

We respect and will act upon any data protection request you make with us.  Your privacy rights include: -

1.     We store all personal information relating to our clients in an easy access format, should you ever request this detail.  We never write down anything we would not be proud to show you!   We minimise the storage of any personal data

2.     We would always encourage you to help us keep your contact details up to date

3.     We will delete your contact details or remove any personal information, should you request it.   We will always have an unsubscribe on communication not relating to a specific projects under contract

4.     Should you wish us to transfer your personal information to another organisation we will oblige.

 We will action upon your request without delay and if we cannot fulfil your request, such as legal or contract obligation, we will contact you directly to explain why.
